A certificate of insurance (COI) is a one-page document that proves your business has insurance. General contractors, property managers, commercial clients, and event organizers ask for one before you can start work.
For our clients, Reyna's Insurance Services issues certificates of insurance the same day in most cases, including additional insured and waiver of subrogation requests. Don't have coverage yet? We can quote general liability and get you insured first.

How much does a certificate of insurance cost?+
For our clients, certificates of insurance are part of the service. You just need an active policy with the coverage the requester is asking for.

We'll quote general liability (and anything else your contract needs) first. Once the policy is active, we can issue your certificate.
What information do you need to issue a COI?+
The certificate holder's name and address, any additional insured or waiver wording from your contract, and the coverage limits they require. Just forward us the request.
Can you send it directly to my general contractor?+
